Corporate Support from Connect Buildings and the Ribeiro Caram Group

We are backed by the Ribeiro Caram Group, which has built more than 5.5 million m² since 1997. RIBEIRO’s large scale of operations gives us access to the same commercial terms, lead times, and delivery guarantees from suppliers, enabling us to offer affordable payment terms.

We act with transparency and legal certainty to make high-value contracts viable, protecting our clients' capital throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

Risk Mitigation

Risk Mitigation: Robust and Efficient Engineering

In Central America and the Caribbean, building without certified seismic and wind engineering poses an unacceptable legal and financial risk. Every millimeter of our structure is designed to withstand operating conditions that comply with local regulations and international standards.

Hurricane Resistance
Calculation of seismic and wind loads in accordance with ASCE 7 and local codes. Connections designed to withstand winds exceeding 250 km/h in areas of critical exposure.

ASCE 7 - ANSI/AISC 360 - SMACNA

Seismic Resistance
In-house engineering for high seismicity zones in Panama and Costa Rica. Rigid connections and bracing according to each country's regulations.

CSCR - CFIA - REP Panama

Local Regulations
Seismic and wind building codes. Compliance documented on every drawing from the design phase onward.

Design requirement - Not for correction

Pre-Field Inspection
Dimensional control, welds, paint thickness, shot blasting and adhesion test in factory. No component leaves without registered verification.

Traceability per part - Skid checking

Absolute Control of the Metallic Construction System

We do not operate limited to a single production line: we are strategic engineering integrators. We manage each project through an uninterrupted value chain and with total transparency.

We select and homologate the best global manufacturers in Brazil and Asia, integrating up to three suppliers at the competitive cost of one. We apply rigorous factory inspections - welding, dimensions and painting - ensuring that field assembly is executed without rework.

This entire process culminates under the direct physical supervision of our leaders on site.

A 20-Year Network Built in the Markets That Matter

Cristiano and Eduardo started their international career in the number one company in the export of metallic structures in Brazil. That represents almost two decades of active relationship from Chile to Guatemala and Mexico.

When they founded Connect Buildings, they didn't arrive as outsiders in an unfamiliar market. They arrived with clients, partnerships and reputations already built in the region.
